With a focus on health, education, and forward-thinking sectors, he has been involved in a strategic acquisition and has succesfully scaled multiple startups from Australia to major US markets such as New York, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles. He played a pivotal role at O.school, a platform that merged sexual education with an AI-driven marketplace, and was instrumental in its acquisition of PleasureBase, an e-commerce marketplace he originally founded. Earlier, Lance co-founded EdTripper, a SaaS platform that streamlines discovery, management and bookings between schools, museums and attractions, in partnership with Samsung Education.
