Meet Josh, a versatile professional with a proven track record of success across multiple industries. With a degree in Psychology, Josh has developed a diverse skill set that has allowed him to excel in government, non-profit, and startup environments.

In 2015, Josh led the transition of a large non-profit ($100m+) through the transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), where his expertise in managing complex government relationships and projects was critical to the organisation’s success.

In 2017, Josh joined Kinela (previously Hit100), a startup in the NDIS sector, where he spearheaded growth and partnerships, taking the business from 0 to over 3,000 customers. As General Manager from 2019 to 2021, he led Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Technology, playing a pivotal role in Kinela’s certification as a B-Corp and securing numerous capital raises.

In 2021, Josh joined Mosh, where he made significant contributions to the company’s growth, customer success, and operations, helping the business scale to over 50,000 customers in just two years. His work helped establish Mosh as a market leader and shape the telehealth landscape.

Josh is deeply committed to making a positive social and environmental impact. He channels this passion through his founder and managing director role of Packaged, a business incubated through Utiliti. In this role, he continues to demonstrate his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to driving growth alongside positive change.
