Jason Serda

Jason is an accomplished serial tech entrepreneur and investor with a legacy of success, inspired early on by his business-savvy father. With a significant number of exits including BlueFire to Dimension Data/NTT, Strut Digital to Deloitte, he has a proven record in building & scaling world-class businesses. Post-acquisition, Jason transitioned to a global role as NTT's Global CTO for Services, where he and his team developed 20+ enterprise SaaS services, were involved in all NTT technology investments and drove the commercialisation of those services into hundreds of enterprise clients. An active investor since 2008, Under the Utiliti brand, successfully investing in 45+ startups with more than 11 exits to date. He has founded multiple funds including Parc Utiliti Venture Fund & 1in100 Ventures, syndicated co-investments, and raised over $100M with 8 investments in the last year including Outstaffer, Citadel, Azura Fashion Group, DNX alongside some of the best venture funds & family offices. He left NTT in 2019 to focus full-time on the Utiliti Group, with an absolute passion for founders and working with the best startups in Australia & the US. With a world-class advisory business, actively investing through its multiple funds, with offices in Sydney and New York. Recognized for his extensive network and deep industry expertise, Jason is currently a non-executive or advisory board member for several companies, including DNX, Azura Fashion Group, Outstaffer, Terem, CodeSource, and Fluid.
